A & M Memorial Foundation, Inc. is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization established in New Jersey in December 2025. The Foundation is dedicated to advancing compassionate, equitable healthcare for underserved and vulnerable populations.
Organized exclusively for charitable purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, the Foundation supports healthcare initiatives that provide essential medical services to individuals and families who face financial, geographic, or systemic barriers to care.

To relieve suffering and improve health outcomes by supporting charitable healthcare services, medical programs, and hospitals that serve poor, distressed, and underserved communities—regardless of ability to pay.
Our Story
A & M Memorial Foundation, Inc. was founded by Dr. Mehnaz A. Haq a physician with decades of experience and a lifelong commitment to patient-centered care and service.
Through years of medical practice, Dr. Haq witnessed firsthand the profound impact that access—or lack of access—to healthcare can have on individuals and families. This experience inspired the creation of a charitable foundation dedicated to extending care beyond borders and ensuring that compassion remains at the heart of medicine.
One of the Foundation’s key charitable initiatives is its support of A & M Hospital in Potha, Abbaspur Azad Kashmir a charitable hospital committed to providing accessible medical care to underserved communities. The Foundation supports this through responsible charitable funding, partnerships, and oversight.
